SHIPPING TIMES

All of our products are made to order and production begins once your order is placed. You can typically expect delivery within 3 weeks of placing your order. Orders typically take up to 10-14 days in production prior to shipping. Holidays can slow it down a bit. Standard shipping times depend on your location and shipping method.

If your print is needed by a certain date, please contact me before placing your order and I will see if I can get it expedited.

SHIPPING

USA: We offer free standard shipping within the USA on most sizes. (Please note, that we can not ship to PO boxes)

We do have a large crate surcharge of $250 for some larger framed prints due to the size. These items will be freight shipping and an appointment will be scheduled for delivery.

Orders are shipped via FedEx. Each frame ships individually for the safety of the frame.

International: Please contact me for international shipping in order to get an appropriate quote. 

RETURNS

Every piece of art sold by Dena Young Photography  is “hand-made to order,” which means it is printed and framed only after you have placed your order. Accordingly, Dena Young Photography does not accept refunds, returns or exchanges for orders. All sales are final.

Cancellations and Changes: As soon as you place your order, we get to work. If you believe you have made a mistake with your order, please contact us immediately at denayoungphotography@gmail.com While I can't guarantee anything, I will see what I can do.

Quality Guarantee: On rare occasions, an order may be damaged during shipping or have a framing defect. Please send us an email with your order # and photos of the damage, including the packaging upon receipt of your purchase and we will replace, credit or refund your order.
